HOW IT ALL WORKS...
IT’S QUITE PAINLESS REALLY – after you’ve made the decision to purchase a BARRTOON (good choice!), go to my Order Page and complete all the necessary details. Attach recent, clear photos of the “victim(s)”, submit and pay your order by direct bank deposit (please use your first and last name as reference when using this option). I will forward you an email confirming your order and/or any queries. Within 3-4 working days you will receive a rough pencil sketch based on your detailed description and the photos you have sent (this is why I am slightly more expensive than your ‘average Joe’ – you happy, me happy). I ASK THAT YOU RESPOND WITH YOUR FINAL APPROVAL OR ANY ALTERATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS.** And WAHLA! Within 10-12 working days you’ll have a brand new bundle of laughs arriving in your email's inbox.

WHAT YOU’LL GET FOR YOUR MONEY: The final caricature you’ll receive is a digital file of the highest quality where you can then have it printed onto photo paper (up to A3), on t-shirts, coffee mugs, mouse mats, etc.
**CANCELLATIONS: Any orders cancelled after the rough pencil sketch stage will be refunded less a 25% Cancellation Fee. SORRY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FINAL DRAWING HAS BEEN FINISHED.
